Wake to the sound of the river, birdsong, and the wind moving through the trees. Spend your days in a secluded nature setting, floating the current, and exploring the shoreline. As evening falls, gather around the riverside campfire and soak in the golden sunset before a sky full of stars—and, if you're lucky, northern lights.
Beyond the river, the land keeps you
Explore forest trails, wetlands and scenic viewpoints across the sanctuary. This is wild, almost-untouched country—alive with birdsong, animal tracks and quiet moments of wonder.
White-tailed deer, moose and beavers call this sanctuary home. Watch bald eagles soar overhead, listen for the haunting calls of great horned owls, spot kingfishers racing along the river, and keep an eye out for woodpeckers, chickadees, nuthatches and colourful warblers among the trees. In the deeper forest, black bears, cougars and countless other wild creatures continue to roam as they have for generations.
There's a quiet magic to this place—something you feel the moment you arrive. The river slows you. The forest steadies you. The wildlife reminds you that you are a guest in something ancient, alive and beautifully untamed.
